Job Title: Shipping Lead

Monday-Friday 

8 AM to completion   

$18.50 per hour

Get Paid Daily.   Team members now have the flexibility to Draw Pay between pay cycles.

The Shipping Lead responsibility is to prepare furniture for delivery by performing the following duties:  The “To Do List” must be reviewed and worked by route to ensure the product meets our customers' expectations before it is loaded in the chute.  Training materials and special inspection instructions must be documented using MDC (MY Delivery Center) before any item is verified in the chute.  Leads must work in conjunction with the shipping supervisor to direct their team to meet Haverty’s exception and productivity standards. 

Job Requirements

You must have:

• Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout shift
• Attention to detail
• Previous warehouse experience a plus
• Previous team lead experience a plus
