As a HRIS Project Manager with Havertys, this is your opportunity to:


• Assist the People Services (HR) team with the management and administration of the SuccessFactors system.

• Assist with the planning, implementation, administration and support functions related to Havertys new (SuccessFactors).

• Help lead project management initiatives for SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Goals/Performance, Learning, Reporting, Payroll and Compensation.

• This role reports to the Director of People Services HRIS


What will you do:


• Under the direction of the Director of HRIS, lead the completion of HRIS implementation projects and initiatives related to Goals/Performance, Payroll and Compensation.

• Lead the review, testing and deployment procedures for SuccessFactors quarterly releases.

• Partner with the People Services (HR) team on the generation of daily, monthly, and quarterly reports for Stakeholders. Distribute reports as needed to Home Office and the Field.

• Respond to user needs/questions and recommend solutions for recurring system issues.

• Communicate with vendor/partners as needed to complete projects, resolve issues and understand system upgrades/enhancements.

• Respond to and prioritize HR Technology Help Desk calls in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with IT and other departments as required.

Job Requirements

You must have:


• Prior HRIS/HR Technology Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (ideal modules Employee Central, Payroll, Onboarding, Recruiting, Goals/Performances, Learning, Reporting and Compensation)

• Previous HR process experience (Payroll, Compensation, Performance, Recruiting, Onboarding)

• Strong project management and analytical skills (intermediate Excel skills)

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities while multitasking and aligning activities

• Developed written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and willingness to take ownership, research solutions and complete tasks

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity around sensitive data.

• Experience partnering/communicating with tech vendors to resolve issues and make system changes

• Be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the needs of the business. 


We value:


• A four-year degree and/or equivalent work experience.

• 2-4 years as a Senior level HRIS Analyst

• 1-2 years project management

• SuccessFactors experience with some or all modules

• HRIS Experience with other systems/solutions, including legacy Payroll tools
