The Digital Production Artist will work with our creative team on the execution of creative assets.

What You’ll Do:


  • Creating digital content, including static and animated banners, rich media and social assets
  • Creating multiple versions and sizes of assets for different platforms, based on a design template, while ensuring consistency across all brand assets
  • Creating multiple asset versions for A|B testing
  • Keeping up to date on and adhering to digital best practices across different platforms
  • Exporting final deliverables based on web format standards
  • Seeking guidance and instructions from Designer and Creative Director
  • Maintaining ownership and responsibility, including QA, throughout each project
  • Keeping close communication with Brand Manager to ensure all deliverables are on track
  • Creating contact sheet for each photo order on a monthly basis
  • Managing, filing and organizing photography and video files
  • Handling ad hoc design layouts, such as store signs, truck signage, etc.

Job Requirements

Sklls + Experience:


  • Degree in design or visual arts
  • 1-3 years professional design experience
  • Advanced knowledge in the following programs/tools: Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, Adobe Animate and Keynote
  • Strong understanding of design, video editing, animation and web production
  • Ability to complete all projects according to the technical requirements of brand standards
  • Ability to self-start and work under minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect your ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks without negatively impacting quality or polish
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work alone or with a team
  • Enthusiastic work attitude
  • Ability to accept and apply critique and feedback
  • Ability to work seamlessly with other departments
