Salary starts at $18.00 per hour, more with experience.
Position works Sunday-Thursday or Monday - Friday in rotation, every other week.  12:00 pm - 9:00 pm 

Get Paid Daily.   Team members now have the flexibility to Draw Pay between pay cycles.

Major Function:

Routers work with Haverty’s Senior Routers to pre-plan delivery and  service routes using advanced routing software.

The Router is responsible for rough routing (delivery), insuring that all tickets are properly geocoded prior to routing process, all routing of service techs and reviewing/addressing logistics tickets. 

• Work with outside routing program to construct routes for Home Delivery and Service
• Work and resolve Logistics tickets.
• Work with Distribution on transfer of goods.
• Provide a proactive response to Drivers, Helpers, Service Techs and Customer Service. And all other duties assigned by Logistics Managers.
• Specific Duties
• Create daily delivery and service routes as required by the time-sensitive schedule
• Attend and actively participate in Delivery Area (DA) meetings
• Correct addresses and add geocodes to deliveries as necessary
• Respond to internal routing requests (logistics tickets)
   

Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

• Must possess excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and listening
• Must have good analytical and organizational skills.
• Computer skills, including use of Office 365, Work, and Excel
• Ability to recognize and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work with a set schedule of day time hours that rotates bi-weekly.
